Jay Sullivan
Chief Creative Officer
Jay’s legacy in the ethics and compliance sector was ignited just a year after the debut of the Corporate Sentencing Guidelines in 1991. His work on the Sony Business Ethics program just a year later, marked the beginning of a 30-year odyssey of industry innovation.
He co-founded RedHawk Communications Inc. and Compliance Wave LLC, trailblazing companies that have been instrumental in creating innovative training and communication tools that promote ethical business practices globally. RedHawk and Compliance Wave delivered ethics and compliance training to millions of employees in over 1000 companies worldwide. Clients have included Disney, Alcoa, Ingersoll-Rand Company, Pitney Bowes, Verizon, Honeywell, Dow and many, many others.
His experience also includes communications for corporate social responsibility programs. He collaborated with Merck & Co. and the WHO, to create video documentaries focused on healthcare issues in marginalized communities. The projects have provided him with the honor of working with President Jimmy Carter, Secretary of State Madeline Albright, Ambassador Richard Holbrooke and Ossie Davis.
Cassandra Hoffman
Chief Learning Officer
Cassie Hoffman’s professional trajectory is a testament to her commitment to effective learning and communication. Beginning her journey with a Journalism degree from Rowan University, Cassie transitioned into the corporate world, bringing her fresh academic insights to Compliance Wave as a vital member of their marketing team.
Yet, the allure of hands-on education called to her, leading Cassie to pivot to a fulfilling role teaching Language Arts at the middle-school level. This phase of her career was particularly significant, as she navigated the unique challenges and adaptations of instructing before, during, and post-pandemic, further honing her pedagogical skills.
Drawing upon her diverse experiences from both the corporate and educational spheres, Cassie has now found her niche as the Chief Learning Officer at Engaged Compliance. Here, she merges her foundational understanding of language and literature with modern learning methodologies, ensuring Engaged Compliance’s programs are both enlightening and engaging.
